Henry Tam

Henry is an experienced investor, businessman, and wealth manager with over 30 years of experience in investment advisory and wealth management. He has held senior roles at major financial institutions including HSBC, Merrill Lynch, and Macquarie Bank.

Henry has extensive experience across all asset classes, with a strong interest in private equity—from venture capital to pre-IPO investments. Notably, he was a seed investor in Temple and Webster (TPW:ASX), now a leading online retailer in Australia.

In 2018, Henry established his own investment firm and later co-founded AS1 Growth Partners, a multi-family office which specialised in managing the investment portfolios of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families. Following its restructure in 2024, he founded Skyone Capital, where he currently leads as Managing Director and CIO.

Shaped by decades of experience, Henry holds a strong belief in the value of long-term investing, underpinned by a disciplined approach to risk management. He is a lifelong learner and combines deep knowledge with strategic insight and has, through time, generated substantial wealth for his clients.

Henry holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Newcastle and a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales.
